Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by MSFIT Active, a Melbourne-based Australian business. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We aim to ensure product descriptions, colours, images, measurements and prices are accurate. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Products and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted only after payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or limit an order affected by stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorised resale.

You must provide accurate delivery and contact information. MSFIT is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.

All website content, including branding, text, graphics and imagery, belongs to MSFIT Active or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you browse, create an account, join our mailing list, contact us or place an order. This can include your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details and customer-service correspondence.

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide customer accounts and support, send communications you have agreed to receive, prevent fraud, improve the store and comply with legal obligations.

Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, analytics providers and other service providers may process information only as needed to perform services for MSFIT. Payment details are handled by secure payment providers and are not stored directly by MSFIT.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting msfitactivee@gmail.com.

Cookies and similar technologies may remember preferences, keep the cart working, understand site use and support relevant marketing.

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from Australia. Available delivery methods, prices and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination.

Free standard Australian shipping applies to eligible orders over $100 after discounts. The qualifying subtotal excludes shipping, taxes where separately charged and gift cards.

Processing times are separate from carrier delivery estimates. During launches, promotions, public holidays or unusually busy periods, dispatch may take longer.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact msfitactivee@gmail.com before returning an item. Include your order number and reason for return so eligibility and return instructions can be confirmed.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and free from marks, scent, deodorant and damage, with original tags and packaging attached.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is generally the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Welcome Discount

The 10% welcome offer is available only to eligible new customers who submit their first name and email through the MSFIT signup form.

The offer is limited to one redemption per customer and cannot be combined with another code unless expressly stated. MSFIT may cancel misuse or duplicate redemptions.
